Oops!  Looks like the site was hacked some time ago. I’m thinking that it’s nice to be famous enough to be be hacked. If you tried to access this site and found the site replaced with a graphic vulgarity, I apologize that we missed it and it was up for some time. That’s what happens when you do not pay attention.

In other news, we are in the process of updating, revamping and reworking ChinaMiss to make it more accessible to everyone. I will provide more detail on this as work continue. My next goal is to update this site and go through the posting to ensure they are still accurate.

Signing Up]

ChinaMiss has always been FREE for Women to sign up. However, if you are male and you sign up for China Miss, we will evaluate your profile and may upgrade you to full membership for FREE. This, of course, requires you to confirm your email address and post a photo. It also requires you to abide by the terms and condition of the site. That is you must  treat others with respect, no selling, advertising or commercial soliciting of any kind.

The goal of this site is to provide a way to men to meet Chinese women regardless of who you are. The ability of people in some area to sign up has been the result of hackers, spammers and others.  Because of these groups we have been forced to ban IPs as well as block of IP addresses. However, there are some who are persistence and continue to try again and again to use China Miss as their own domain for spamming.

I apologize for the delay n upgrading this blog, but ChinaMiss site as well. I’m back for the long haul. If you have any comments, suggestion or ideas, let me know, or if you find any spammers or other on the site that are breaking the terms and condition, also let me know.

Registration

Over time I have seen a lot of visitors sign up and never activate their account. This could be for one of the following reasons:

  • They changed their mind
  • The email addresss  entered was invalid (spammers do this)
  • They didn’t receive the email confirmation message and click the link
  • The email confirmation message was redirected to their spam folder

When you sign up, you will need to click the link in the Email Address confirmation message. If you do not receive it, look at your blacklist and/or spam folder. If it’s there, you will need to remove chinamiss.com and chinamiss.net from your spam list. If you didn’t get the email message, you can contact us using the same email address you signed up with and let us know. To contact us, use the Contact form in China Miss International. Both male and female members must verify their email address.  Until you click this link to confirm you email address, you will remain in Pending status. You cannot logon or change your profile and no one else can view your profile.

For male members, once you click the link you are upgraded to Free Member status. This is a limited registration. You logon, update your profile, view and search female members profiles, but cannot contact them. They, however, can contact you. That is when you need to make the decision to upgrade to Full membership. At the moment, it’s only $19.95 for six months. We only accept Paypal, but will soon include Visa and Master Card credit cards along with Google Check Out. If you want to send us a Check or Money Order, we accept those as well. Just send them to: 87 West 38th Street, Bayonne, NJ 07002. Your registration will not be upgraded until your check or money order clears.

Add as much information in your profile as possible. This is how others can find you and decide whether they want to send you a message. Put in your city and state (province) to give members an idea of where you live. Add at least one photo. Photo Tips and Techniques

Now that the photo upload feature is fixed on ChinaMiss.com and the top of your head is no longer removed, here are some requirement and suggestions you may want to consider when adding photos to your profile. You can post up to five photos for your profile. You can also add text that explains each photo.

About Adult Photos

For photos that you only want to share with some one special, select Yes for Adult photos. For those than may not know, Adult photos are not the opposite of Children photos.  Adult, when referring to photos, videos on a Web site in the USA and other countries, means photos of a person that may be in various states of undress, or completely naked. You (and our members) do not want these type of photos to display publically on our site. If posting these type of photos, make sure you select Yes for Adult and so do not make them your Primary photo. In fact, if you can’t help yourself from uploading these types of photos, adding a password for your Adult photos would prevent this.

Other Considerations

Take some effort to consider the quality of your photo added to your profile. Consider it a “first impression” kind of thing. If you are looking for a wife, a grungy t-shirt, baggy shorts and sunglasses and a pitch fork in your hand may not work all that well.  You can be natural and be yourself without those types of photos. I know you want the lady to “want you the way your are, but post at least one photo where you dress up and show a bit of class. If you have one, upload a professional portrait made. If you don’t have one, get one. You do not have to be rich to meet your China Miss, but at least let them feel you can afford a trip to China.  When adding a photo, let them see your face and not miles of background. Also smile, unless you think looking serious makes you sexier.

Your picture file cannot be any larger than 300K. That size is more than enough for any photo. However, if you want it to load quickly, keep the file size around 25 to 50K. If scanning, do not set the resolution to more than a 100 DPI. Anything over 96 DPI is a waste of pixles. How to Upload Photos

Refer to the folloing screen for uploading photos. The first photo you upload will be your Primary unless you make it private by adding a password. You can always change which photo displays as your primary photo. There are only four steps to upload a photo. Step five is to upload another photo.

  1. Click Pictures button
  2. Click Browse to locate photo
  3. Leave No for unless your photo is rated XXX.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Click Add Photo to upload another photo.

Ladies Removed

The following lists the ladies with an invalid email addresses. They have been removed from the China Miss site. I posted the photos in case you do not recognize the name. You may have sent them Private Message that were not returned. I apologize for the inconvience this may have caused in your search for you China Miss. Some of the ladies that appear on our site were imported from our old site and did not update their information. We will continue to post ladies that were removed from the site to keep you updated.

Day One!

I installed this blog today. I decided it was time to become more proactive in the Web site than just activating members and responding to email or lost passwords.  Speaking of blogs, everyone on ChinaMiss.com has blog privileges. Few members take advantage of this feature and to add content about their life and photos. Using this can make your posting more interesting.

This blog will be a way to provide additional information for our members as well as non-member. I will also use it to answer questions you may have. These can be question on I marriage, relationships, travel to China, Visas and any thing you may think is important.

I separated this blog from the main site because these things tend to attract a lot of spammers and scammers. It has been a tedious job removing them from the China Miss site. So, if you see any member who says they are from Sierra Leone. Darfur or Nigeria, let me know. While I hate to discriminate against entire countries, it has become necessary to protect members. I know not everyone in those countries are scam artist and that they also exist in other countries. However, these are the places where I have the main problems.

A nice new feature is the ability to block other members from contacting you. This ability is one good reason not to post your email or contact information on our site, besides the fact that it’s against policy.  If you have a problem with a member, you can block them and use the Report abuse link.

There is another feature you may not know. You can keep your membership secret from everyone. Click My Profile from the main menu and when the page appears, click Settings link and in the Setting’s page, choose Nobody for Show Profile for option.
